Description of Cause
The Foodbank of Southeastern
Virginia is the largest public, nonprofit food distribution and
nutrition education resource in the Hampton Roads area. Our mission is to
feed those who suffer from hunger by acquiring food and distributing it
through our network of 611 member agencies; and to educate, empower and
enlighten the community about issues of hunger and nutrition.
